Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with end users, distributors, and other stakeholders in the local market. This role requires a deep understanding of digestive field, as well as strong business acumen and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the market
2-Identify and prospect potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors, to build a robust sales pipeline.
3-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
4-Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features, benefits, and clinical value of our products.
5-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives to raise awareness and drive demand for our products.
6-Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement.
7-Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for achieving sales targets.
8-Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
9-Attend relevant conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company, network with potential customers, and stay updated on industry developments.

2. 负责与公告机构/检测机构保持良好沟通;
3. 负责与国际代理商/咨询机构/主管当局沟通明确注册要求,准备相应注册资料;
4. 负责法规/标准的收集及内部传达或培训;
5. 与QMS人员密切沟通,协调安排认证相关现场检查事宜;
6. 领导交办的其他事项。
1、生物医学/材料/机械/药学/医学等相关专业,本科以上学历;
2、熟悉医疗器械国际注册法规要求,包括但不限于MDD/MDR,510k、PMA等。与主管当局/各国代理/NB/检测机构紧密沟通,能对注册资料要求提出针对性建议;
3、熟悉国内外医疗器械质量体系要求,如NMPA GMP,ISO 13485,CFR 820等;
4、三年以上相关工作经验;
5、良好的英文听说读写能力;
6、注重细节,性格开朗,善于沟通。
1、负责公司法务条线日常工作,健全公司法律风险防范体系,为经营管理决策提供法律支持;
2、规范公司日常业务流程,业务内容涉及广告、营销、采购、销售(含售后)、数据、劳动人事、知识产权、商务合作、投融资、内控制度、公司治理等方面的合规与纠纷处理工作,具体以部门安排为准;
3、负责公司法律事务处理,为公司领导、职工提供日常的法律咨询和法律服务。
4、严格履行岗位安全责任制,确保分管信息安全。
5、完成上级领导临时布置的各项工作。
1、本科及以上学历,法律相关专业,5年以上公司法务工作经验,通过国家统一法律职业资格考试者优先;
2、具有股权激励、商务谈判、国际贸易合同法务工作经验,有医疗行业经验者优先;
3、逻辑思维清晰敏锐,具有良好的语言、文字表达能力及人际交往沟通能力;
4、具备良好的个人品质,有较强的敬业和合作精神,忠诚履行职责。
1、工艺改进:负责过程控制与数据分析,为提高产品质量和降低生产成本对生产工艺过程进行持续改进。包括产品性能水平提升,稳定性提升,工装模具设计改进等。
2、合格率的提高和维护:收集不合格数据,参与不合格评审,对不合格原因进行分析并采取相应的纠正预防措施。
3、日常工艺监督:依照作业指导书,监督和指导生产工艺的使用,确保生产工艺被准确理解和贯彻。
4. 对操作人员进行生产新工艺培训。
5. 完成上级主管交办的其他事项。
1. 机械设计或机械加工制造专业,熟练使用二维、三维绘图软件;
2. 本科以上学历,4年以上机械加工、或设备组装、或电子组装行业经验,能独立分析产线问题、设计工艺装备;有医疗器械相关工作经验优先;
3. 有较强的时间观念和责任意识,工作积极主动,擅于沟通;
4. 具有创新能力,良好的团队协作精神及较强的沟通能力。
